Partial Property Insurance

If your property is insured with our company for a partial amount, it means that in the event of an insured incident, your damages will be compensated partially, in proportion to the market value of your property and the insured amount specified in the contract (e.g., the loan amount).

Example:
If the market value of your apartment is 40,000,000 AMD and the insured amount specified in the contract is 20,000,000 AMD, this means the apartment is insured for 50% of its value. In the event of an insured incident, 50% of the damages caused will be compensated. If a deductible is applicable, it will also be subtracted.

Please note that in this case, to insure the property for its full market value, it is necessary to amend the existing contract by paying an additional amount.
