"LIGA" scholarship

Supporting curios and willingness to learn students is part of our company's business culture. From the very first year of our activity in Armenia, we have been awarding the "LIGA" scholarship to the best students studying insurance.

This year competition starts NOW!

Winners will receive:

• scholarship in the amount of 50% of annual fee of university for the given academic year
• opportunity to participate in the various trainings implemented by the Company
• opportunity for internship in various professional departments
• opportunity to be considered for open positions in Company in priority.

Who can apply for "LIGA" scholarship?

2nd, 3rd and 4th year students, who are interested in insurance, have a great desire to build their working career in "LIGA Insurance" and develop the insurance sector in Armenia.

What will participation in this competition give you?

• scholarship in the amount of 50% of annual fee of university for the given academic year

How to apply?
For application you need to provide։

• Resume
• Motivation letter (to briefly describe why you decided to participate in the competition and why you should receive the scholarship, what kind of contribution you can make to LIGA Insurance, how do you imagine your future, etc.).
• An essay / within 1 page /800 characters/ or a video /5-7 minutes long/ or a presentation / up to 15 slides/ on one of the following topics provided below:

• New product proposal, including ​a unique selling proposition of it
• Proposal for a new product, including the idea of a Unique Selling Proposition (USP).
• Availability of a mobile application for insurance company clients. Advantages and risks.
• Study the draft law on mandatory health insurance and propose additional voluntary packages, substantiating their necessity for both employees and employers.
• Promoting a healthy lifestyle through insurance: “bonus-malus” mechanisms.
• Best practices in servicing corporate clients: international experience and recommendations for Armenia.
• Specifics of electric vehicle insurance based on international experience.
• The activities of the insurance agent of the future and the status of an insurance consultant as a business model.
• Application of artificial intelligence in the insurance sector in the processes of risk assessment and forecasting.
• The role of insurance in the sustainable development of modern economies.
• Conduct a comparative analysis of companies operating in the RA insurance market according to the following factors (or some of them): products, price, customer service, reliability, stability, reputation, location, sales methods, business image, strengths and weaknesses.

Selection stages:

• Consideration of applications
• Group interview
• Personal interview or tests
