What You Will Do

  • Conduct negotiations and meetings with corporate clients and partners.
  • Provide professional consultation on insurance products and pricing.
  • Perform initial risk assessment (underwriting) and organize pre-insurance inspections.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and conclude insurance contracts.
  • Manage the existing portfolio by ensuring timely renewals and contract amendments.
  • Participate in tenders, sales development, and digitalization projects.
What We Expect
  • Higher education (preferably in Finance, Economics, Insurance, or Law).
  • Experience in the insurance industry will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent command of Armenian and good knowledge of Russian and English.
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment, adapt quickly, and collaborate effectively within a team.

Requirements

Higher education
Experience in sales and service will be an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Armenian language, good knowledge of Russian and English languages
Good knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work with lots of information, perform different functions at the same time (multitasking)
Sense of responsibility
Willingness and ability to learn quickly
