The shareholders of LIGA Insurance CJSC are GRAWE REINSURANCE LIMITED LLC, holding 75% of the Company's shares, and CQ Investment Group LLC, holding 25% of the Company's shares.

Shareholders and investors of LIGA Insurance CJSC are entitled to receive information provided under Article 84 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Insurance and Insurance Activity" upon written request within three business days.
